Our onboarding process begins. This is a thorough process that we’ve perfected to ensure we get our clients campaigns off to the best possible start.

Our streamlined process is efficient and works very well. Here’s an overview.

Onboarding

Once the legal paperwork is sorted, you are introduced to your PPC manager who will invest time getting under the skin of your business. They will also talk to you about your goals and require all the information needed to work to get your account up and running.

The onboarding phase takes up to two weeks, during which time we:

• Host an Internal meeting preparing for the onboarding of you as a client and the set up fee.
• Send our client our onboarding e-mail and questionnaire.
• Host two meetings with our client at the start and end of the process (‘kick off’ call and ‘post-launch’ call).
• Conduct a full tracking audit and new tracking set up across all the advertising platforms we manage for you.
• Set up the Maley Track platform and linking with the advertising platforms we manage for our client.
• Implement the initial strategy and campaign build.
• Set out a 3 month road map so our clients know what to expect from their first 3 months with us.

Management

Once the onboarding process Is complete, we enter the management phase of our work. This is only at the point we have a solid understanding of your business and objectives, and we’ve got your Ad accounts into a fundamentally sound position before gunning for your targets.

Here we’ll agree a catch up frequency that suits you; anything from weekly calls through to monthly, all of which can be varied as we progress. Your PPC Manager will be on hand getting the best possible performance out of your Ad account and pro-actively updating you. Our clients can reach out to their dedicated PPC Manager at any time to discuss any elements of the campaigns.

Each of our service tiers has a minimum set of hours that we allocate to each client account.

We make sure we allow sufficient time to dot every ‘i’ and cross every ‘t’. Our policy is to do whatever it takes to deliver, even if that means exceeding the allocated number of hours available. Your service level tier will only ever change if the scope of work changes significantly and you’d be given advanced notice.

There are so many specific pieces of work that go into managing each PPC account that answering this question in detail would be like writing ‘War & Peace’. In addition, every client has different needs, objectives, and campaign specific variables.

The short answer is that we will use every lever available to us to squeeze maximum value and performance out of your PPC campaigns.

Naturally we understand there needs to be an element of trust. Our work is logged and documented so you can see chapter and verse on what we’ve been doing on your behalf and, your PPC Manager will be in such regular contact that you’ll never be in the dark.

• Most advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) have a log of all the changes made on your account. In the spirit of full transparency, you can review this to see what we’ve been working on if ever you wanted to.
• Our regular client update calls and reports also keep you up to speed with our activity together with our recommendations for ongoing tweaks changes to your campaigns.
• Ultimately, our results speak for themselves. Our clients rarely ask what we’ve been up to when they’re seeing strong improvements to their core KPI’s as a direct result of the work we’ve undertaken.

Monthly retainer

We charge a fixed monthly retainer for our PPC Management that works on a Tiered basis.

Once you’ve had your PPC Consultation call with us and a PPC audit (if required), you’ll be assigned a service level Tier which will detail your fixed monthly fee and all that comes with it.

Our fee’s start at £995/month (Tier 1) and go all the way up to larger bespoke packages for our enterprise clients.

Onboarding Fee

As detailed in ‘What happens once you decide to work with us’, our onboarding process is comprehensive and thorough. We charge a one off fee to complete this stage of the process with the fee varying depending upon which Tier we’ve quoted you for.

Onboarding fee’s start at £349 and go incrementally upwards and is charged at a subsidised rate as to make it as best value as possible for our clients.

The onboarding process is both a large amount of work and very beneficial to the long term successful work we complete for our clients. It is not a negotiable part of our process.
